Vegetable Onigirazu
Ingredients:
1 large cabbage leaf
3 slices of Tomato
5/6 slices Cucumber
30cc Soy sauce
1tsp Sugar
100g White Rice
Sauce
Add soy sauce and sugar to pan
Bring to oil and transfer to bowl
Boil
Add water to pan and bring to boil
Add lettuce leaf to water and cook for 30 seconds
Remove cabbage leaf and dry
Slice & Prepare
Cut 3 slices of tomato and 6 slices of cucumber
Place saran wrap on table
Place the lettuce leaf on top
Add half the rice on top of lettuce
Filling
Cover rice in sauce
Add Tomato and cumber on top of rice
Add remaining rice and cover in sauce
WRAP
Fold the lettuce to form a square
Seal salon wrap and cut in half
Enjoy hot or cold
