Vegan OKONOMIYAKI
Ingredients:
100g Spring onions
200g Flour
150cc Water
20cc Sesame oil
30cc Soy sauce
MIX
Add flour and water into a mixing bowl
Whisk well until batter mixture is consistent
Cut
Finely slice 200g of spring onions
Add to the mixture and mix
Fry
Add oil to hot pan and pour in the mixture
Cook for 5 minutes
Flip and cook for a further 3 minutes
Cut & Sauce
Transfer to cutting board and slice in 8 sections
Cover in a light layer of soy sauce
