TOmPEI YAKI:
Japanese pork Pancake
Ingredients:
100g Thinly sliced Pork belly
3 Eggs
20cc Oil
CLASSIC TOPPINGS:
5 tsp Okonomiyaki sauce (Or Barbecue sauce)
3 tsp Mayonnaise
2g Seaweed (Optional)
5g Bonito Flakes (Optional)
Prepare
Whisk 3 eggs together
Add pork to pan and fry until cooked on one side
Remove pork from pan
Omelette
Add oil to medium heat
Add egg mixture to pan then add pork
Cook for 90 seconds
FOLD
Fold omelette in half and reduce heat
Flip omelette and good for another minute
Transfer to a plate
TOPPINGS
Add cover in sauce and mayonnaise
Sprinkle on seaweed and bonito flakes
Or add any toppings of your choice!
