Japanese shrimp quesadilla
Ingredients:
80g Raw shirmp
40g Flour
1 Eggs
160cc Water
40g Green onion
20cc Oil
CLASSIC TOPPINGS:
5 tsp Okonomiyaki sauce (Or Barbecue sauce)
3 tsp Mayonnaise
2g Seaweed (Optional)
5g Bonito Flakes (Optional)
BATTER
Add flour, egg, water into a mixing bowl
Stir until batter mixture is consistent
Shrimp
Add oil to pan and fry shrimp
Cook until all shrimp are a light pink colour
Remove from pan into a separate bowl
Quesadilla
Add add oil to pan and pour in batter evenly
Place shrimp evenly across the pan
Flip & Cook
Cover and cook for 3mins
Flip quesadilla
cook for another 3 mins
TOPPINGS
Add cover in sauce and mayonnaise
Sprinkle on seaweed and bonito flakes
Or add any toppings of your choice!
