Chicken & edamame Onigirazu
Ingredients:
80g Minced Chicken
40g Edamame Beans (boiled or frozen)
100cc Soy Sauce
100cc Sake or Red Wine
40g Sugar
120g White Rice
1 Sheet of Seaweed
Sauce
Add sake, sugar and soy sauce to pan
Bring to boil and stir
Cook
Add minced chicken and edamame
Cook mixture on a low heat for 10 minutes
Prepare
Place saran wrap on table
Place the sheet of seaweed on top
Spread rice on top of the seaweed
Flavor
Cover rice in chicken mixture
Add remaining rice on top
WRAP
Fold seaweed to form a square
Seal using salon wrap and cut in half
Enjoy hot or cold
